Every RARE pair is cut in small numbers. We ship it with the same care we made it with.
The short version
- Free shipping everywhere in Egypt. No minimum
- Sent within 1 to 2 working days. Arrives in 2 to 5
- Tracking sent when it ships
- Pay cash when it reaches your door
- Anything wrong? Tell us within 24 hours and we fix it

All over Egypt.
What it costs
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
When it arrives
We send your order within 1 to 2 working days. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city. Working days are Sunday to Thursday.
We send you tracking when your order ships. Our courier will call you before he arrives.
Please keep your phone reachable. A phone we cannot reach is the most common reason a delivery fails.
How you pay
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives. Nothing is paid before that.
Changing your order
Need a different address or phone number? Message us quickly and we will change it. Once your order has shipped we may not be able to. You can still return it under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Delays
Holidays and busy periods can slow things down. If your order takes longer than expected, we will contact you.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 24 hours.
If the mistake is ours, we fix it. We collect the item and you pay nothing.
