Sizing
How do I find my size?
Take a pair of trousers you already own and like. Lay them flat and measure across the waist and the hip. Match those numbers to the Size Guide, or to the size chart on the product page.
Our jeans run true to size with a high waist. Between two sizes? Size down for a fitted waist, size up for room.
Do all the styles use the same size chart?
The waist is the same on all eight cuts, so find your RARE size once and it is your size in every pair. The hip and the length change between cuts. Opal and Topaz are the widest and longest. Onyx and Lapis sit closest through the hip.

Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your usual size. We will tell you which one to take before you order.
Payment
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery on every order across Egypt. You pay when your jeans arrive. No card needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery for now. If we add card and wallet options, we will announce it here first.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on every order, everywhere in Egypt. No minimum, no fees at checkout.
How long will my order take?
We send it within 1 to 2 working days. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city. We send tracking when it ships.
Will someone contact me before delivery?
Yes. We confirm your order on WhatsApp before we send it, and our courier calls you before he arrives. Please keep your phone reachable.
Changing or cancelling an order
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free, any time before it ships. Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number.
After it ships you cannot cancel, but you can still return it.
Can I change my size, address or phone number?
If your order has not shipped yet, message us and we will change it. Tell us as early as you can.
What if I am not there when the courier arrives?
He will call you and try again. If he cannot reach you, the order comes back to us and we will contact you to arrange it again.
What happens if I do not take the order at the door?
You only pay the shipping fee. If you are unsure about size or fit, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram before you order and we will help you get it right the first time.
Returns and exchanges
Can I exchange my size?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery. Message us and we will swap your size. The item should be unworn with the tags on.
Can I get a refund instead?
Yes. You have 14 days to ask. Our courier collects it, we check it within 24 hours, and your refund is sent the same day by Instapay. The collection fee is paid by the customer unless the mistake is ours. Full details in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Is anything excluded?
Anything bought on sale or on promotion is final. Everything at full price is covered as normal.
Care
How do I care for my jeans?
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Hang to dry to keep the shape and the shade. Skip the dryer and your denim lasts longer.
