Anything sent outside those hours is answered the next working day.
To get an answer faster
Have these ready if they apply:
- Your order number
- The name of the pair, for example Onyx or Sapphire
- Your usual size, if you are asking about fit
Orders, returns and exchanges
To cancel an order, arrange a return or swap a size, message us on any channel above and we will handle it. Our courier collects returns, so there is nothing for you to ship.

Not sure between two sizes? Message us before you order. We would rather spend two minutes getting it right than have you send it back.
